David began his career in lettings in 1989 after moving from residential sales. He is a past president of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and one of the most qualified letting agents in the Country. David is completely ‘hands on’ from initial meetings with landlords to tenant checkouts so you can be assured your property is in professional hands.
Helen has worked in property for 20 years and is delighted to have joined the Lettings team in 2018, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge with her. Delivering excellent customer service is her passion along with ensuring that both Landlords and Tenants are supported through the constantly changing legislative landscape.
Mark joined the team in April 2019 having spent nearly 20 years in the motor trade and subsequently working for a local independent Lettings company. He brings with him a wealth of experience and enjoys the challenges with continued involvement throughout the lettings process from meeting with new tenants when they are moving in to offering valued advice, as well as liaising with our current and new landlords who are considering an investment property or maintaining their current portfolio.
Mark joined Gilson Bailey Lettings in 2016. Having lived in Norwich for the past 48 years, he has great local knowledge and a love for the local area. Mark is passionate about the lettings industry and takes great pride in giving the best possible customer service to landlords and tenants alike. As a Lettings Negotiator, he is keen to find the most suitable tenants for our properties.
Courtney previously worked in a corporate property management role before joining our team having enjoyed a career to date in customer service roles. Courtney holds a Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management and her role involves her finding tenants for our landlords’ properties ensuring both tenants and landlords requirements are met, always giving the best possible service with a smile.
Tina joined Gilson Bailey Lettings in March 2011 bringing with her over ten years of experience in managing client accounts, dealing predominantly with client accounts she is meticulous in her management of our landlords rental income and assists with the day to day management of the office. Tina also holds a AAT Foundation Certificate in Accounting Level 2 Distinction and a Level 3 in Residential Lettings and Property Management.
Amanda joined the team in April 2017 after working for a corporate agency specialising in property management and holds her Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management, which is accredited by ARLA. Amanda takes pride in her work and always delivers with a smile.
Zak has worked in the customer service industry for over 12 years and came to Gilson Bailey having previously worked for both local, Corporate and Independent Letting agents. Zak holds his level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management and is responsible for day to day property and maintenance management alongside dealing with all tenancy notices.
Daniel joined our ever growing team in March 2021 as a Property Manager bringing with him previous experience in this role, having managed a large portfolio for a corporate agency. He brings with him exceptional customer service skills, and an extensive knowledge of the Industry covering current legislative changes as well as being able to advise both current and new Landlords. Daniel is adapting brilliantly to the Gilson Bailey ways of doing things and we welcome him to the team!
Loretta is very down to earth and loves getting stuck into her work! She joined our team in May 2019 and is now support for both Lettings and Sales teams. Undertaking viewings, working with tenants to find their homes and administration, everybody needs a Loretta in their office.
Sarah joined our team in 2018 having gained many years’ experience working in both the chartered surveying and estate agency sectors. In her previous role she worked as a domestic energy assessor carrying out EPCs and drawing up floorplans. Personable and professional, Sarah now combines running her own floral events company with that of Lettings Viewings Representative, a role which she thoroughly enjoys!
Zoe joined our team in October 2020 as our PA / Operations Assistant, working with senior management alongside both our Sales and Lettings teams. She is our ‘go to’ person and thinks on her feet to get the job done, keeping our wheels turning.
