Stuart started out in estate agency in 1994 having worked for Hockleys Residential in Peterborough, formerly part of the Norwich and Peterborough Building Society Group, he was one of the original Partners in the management buy-out which formed Gilson Bailey & Partners in 1995. Stuart undertakes market appraisals on behalf of our clients whilst keeping a keen eye on sales within the office.
Donna joined the firm in 1998, having also worked for Hockleys Residential and has clocked up over 20 years experience in estate agency. Since joining the firm she has been responsible for overseeing after sales going the extra mile to push sales through to a successful conclusion.
Jack has worked in the Norwich property market since 2009 and has gained a wealth of experience and expertise during this time. Having progressed from listing his first property at the tender age of 17, to now valuing in excess of 1000 properties a year. Repeat business and client recommendations are a testament to Jack’s focus on exceptional customer service levels. Lauren joined the team in January 2017 having worked in the Norwich property market for 4 years with a large corporate agency. She prides herself on combining great levels of customer service with her local market knowledge to achieve the best results for our sellers.
Tom joined the family business in 2019 and his enthusiasm and willingness to learn has already made him a valued member of the team with his keenness to fully understand client requirements, arrange viewings and property appraisals.
Having worked for a local office of a national Country Homes agent Juliette joined the sales team in 2014 and enjoys finding our vendors that quality buyer and is always happy to provide any extra assistance when needed, ensuring that our buyers and clients receive a positive experience.
An established member of the Gilson Bailey Sales and Marketing team, Luke has a natural customer-focused personality, enabling him to confidently develop strong working relationships between himself and our clients. Luke is a valuable asset to our team producing professional photography and making sure the marketing strategy and property particulars are perfect before your property goes live.
Professional, friendly and approachable, Bev is our accompanied viewings representative, working closely with the Sales team, providing constant feedback from our buyers and on-hand to provide advice and assistance.

Kristina joined our team in early 2010 following 8 years with other local firms specialising in after-sales, prior to this she spent many years working within the financial services industry so is well placed to offer guidance and reassurance to our clients throughout the entire process.
Libby returned to estate agency in 2019 with ten years of invaluable experience along with her Level 3 Award in Residential Property Sales, she is a highly capable member of our team and assists clients throughout the sales process, through to after sales and on to completion.
Donna has worked in the property industry for over 20 years with experience in both sales and lettings, working tirelessly to maintain an efficient service to both vendors and prospective purchasers. With great attention to detail she works closely with the team to ensure property brochures are produced quickly making our properties available to market without delay.
Having run her own interior design business Sharon moved back to Norfolk, having previously worked alongside Chartered Surveyors in both commercial property sales and residential lettings she has extensive property experience, initially working within our property maintenance department Sharon now works with our Sales team undertaking viewing appointments on behalf of our sellers and assisting buyers in completing documentation to enable their purchases to get underway as quickly as possible.
Alexinajoined us early in 2010 as our accompanied viewings representative. She comes from a strong customer service background with a good deal of local knowledge she works closely with the sales team providing constant feedback from our buyers, negotiating offers and regardless of how busy we are remains unflustered.
Loretta is very down to earth and loves getting stuck into her work! She joined our team in May 2019 and is now support for both Lettings and Sales teams. Undertaking viewings, working with tenants to find their homes and administration, everybody needs a Loretta in their office.
Zoe joined our team in October 2020 as our PA / Operations Assistant, working with senior management alongside both our Sales and Lettings teams. She is our ‘go to’ person and thinks on her feet to get the job done, keeping our wheels turning.
