Stuart started out in estate agency in 1994 having worked for Hockleys Residential in Peterborough, formerly part of the Norwich and Peterborough Building Society Group, he was one of the original Partners in the management buy-out which formed Gilson Bailey & Partners in 1995. Stuart undertakes market appraisals on behalf of our clients whilst keeping a keen eye on sales within the office.
Jack has worked in the Norwich property market since 2009 and has gained a wealth of experience and expertise during this time. Having progressed from listing his first property at the tender age of 17, to now valuing in excess of 1000 properties a year. Repeat business and client recommendations are a testament to Jack’s focus on exceptional customer service levels. With a bright future in mind, Jack is determined to keep Gilson Bailey at the cutting edge of the industry and would be delighted to come and advise on a tailored marketing strategy for you.
David has just under 20 years’ experience in the property market working for both independent and corporate agencies, and we are delighted that he has joined us to manage our Brundall office. David lives within the NR13 area and prides himself on building strong working relationships with clients. His valuing experience and knowledge of the local area makes him an expert when it comes to getting you the best price for your home.
Braydn joined us from a corporate estate agency where he worked his way up from a junior sales advisor to a property valuer. Having many years’ experience in the property industry Braydn has an extensive knowledge of the market and can advise you on both selling and buying. Braydns ability to build lasting relationships means he has many repeat clients and prides himself on delivering the best service, to achieve the best price for them.
Gemma has worked in the customer service sector for the last four years and prides herself on her professional and personal approach with our clients. Having relocated from Cornwall, Gemma decided to embark on a career in the estate agency as she has always had a passion for houses and interiors. Her day to day role includes arranging viewings and property appraisals. Negotiating with vendors and buyers and supporting their journey to purchase their dream home.
Lottie joined in June 2021 as a great final addition to the Brundall Team, occupying the role of trainee sales adviser. She is now embarking on her journey within estate agency and is developing her potential every time she steps foot in the office. The quality of customer service she provides is a particular aspect in which she prides herself on, by prioritising every client she speaks to. Lottie is very excited to learn as her time with Gilson Bailey progresses.
